Upgraded Alteryx version (Desktop and Server) from 2021.4 to 2023.1. Finalized migration to AWS EC2 server instances; establishing connections, granting appropriate access, and maintaining server health. Provided L3 production support for three Alteryx server environments. Guided new and existing Alteryx users in the use of Alteryx Product suite. Enabled Customer Managed Telemetry on users’ desktops and updated Alteryx-provided workflow for transforming CMT data into Power BI dashboard.

Lead Alteryx SME for National IT group building Alteryx Server so each regional bank could have one central platform. Worked with AWS Cloud Engineers to implement EC2, RDS and S3 segments for Alteryx Server usage. Coordinated Data Source requirements from each regional bank. Developing guides and training for connecting to each Data Source. Developed Alteryx Designer and Server upgrade plan for future enhancements.

Implemented new Snowflake connections for local and Alteryx Server; including Snowflake Bulk loader. Used Python to create custom Alteryx tools for governance and in house connections. Created and maintained Alteryx macros and modules to automate complex data processing tasks, resulting in reduced processing time and increased throughput. Conducted data quality checks and resolved data inconsistencies using Alteryx tools, ensuring high accuracy and reliability of data analysis results. Developed and maintained Alteryx Server infrastructure, ensuring smooth and secure deployment and execution of workflows across the organization. Collaborated with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Alteryx workflows, resulting in improved data insights and actionable recommendations. Conducted training sessions for Alteryx users, resulting in increased data literacy and a culture of self-service data analysis within the organization. Implemented data governance policies and procedures for Alteryx workflows, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigating data privacy risks. Updated workflows for transition to Alteryx Server and use with Alteryx API. Used analytic apps to collect user information and send data back through the API. Coordinated adding new data sources to server collection for use in updated workflows. Developed survey to gauge Alteryx user’s activeness, knowledge and complexity of workflows. Created workflows to process, analyze and distribute analysis (including graphs) to senior leadership. Administered Alteryx Licenses and coordinated with Alteryx Customer Support team. Used Alteryx files (XML) as data source to compile inventory of workflows, analytic apps, and macros. Detailing inputs, outputs, potential workflow issues and complexity. Generated summary report and statistics of user selected directory. Plus, allowed user to choose individual workflow to generate report on configuration settings, meta data, inputs/outputs, and any potential issues with workflow.

Primary Alteryx POC for project. Involved in data preparation, data blending, and the creation of data models, data sets using Alteryx, connecting with multiple data sources (SQL, API and XML) Created Alteryx workflows to pull in data and manipulate it to improve the offer configuration process. Generation of design template would typically take an analyst 5-10 min per offer and is now done in less than a minute. Generation of availability records that would normally take 2-3 minutes is done automatically as part of the design grid process.

•Recognized as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for reporting, analytic, business intelligence and data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL). Created searchable Job Summary page in Oracle HCM Cloud connecting stored Job details with Job descriptions using Oracle OBIEE reporting and dashboard functionality, providing single data source accessible to employees, managers, and HR teams. •Devised Alteryx process with multiple data sources (Excel, Amazon Redshift, Oracle HCM Reports) to streamline mass data changes to employee records (Salary, Manager Changes, Department Changes and more). Diminishing errors and delivering quality support to business. •Developed team metrics (Alteryx, Power BI) around ServiceNow ticket volume, systems supported and time to complete. Allowed leadership to allocate resources to overwhelmed systems or projects and become more agile with production support. •Use consulting skills to determine and articulate internal customer business questions, needs, processes, and policies.
