Strategizing the roadmap for products, discovery of the potential features, gathering insights or data to back the initiative, break the features/epics to detailed user stories, refine the stories with dev teams, prioritize features, planning the sprint aligning the product vision, experimentation, calculating ROI, Analyze/build KPI to track the performance, build internal tools to make customer support seamless. Stakeholder management - o Working with external vendors/parties (Zuora, Boku, Apple, Google & Roku) and internal stakeholders to align on desired user experience. o Creation of play books for Telco’s to integrate and be part of DAZN. o Create OKR’s & share OKR’s to all stakeholders quarterly. o Contribute to H1/H2 planning & long-term strategy for the products. o Products contributing roughly 20 million euros per month as ROI for overall revenue.

Direct carrier billing & bundling o Strategised & Delivered two payment methods for customers to sign up and access DAZN OTT services. o Two payment methods/products namely Direct carrier billing (DCB), Bundling. E2E product life cycle involving customer service, back end and front-end integration, KPI’s etc.., o Responsible on data driven & ROI (return of investment) prioritisation. o Scalability & reusability is key aspect of any feature. We have scaled the carrier billing payment to 13 operators in 6 markets by using configs. Few of the Telco’s are o2, Vodafone, T-Mobile, KDDI, Docomo, Softbank, Swisscom, Orange, Masmovil/Yoigo.
