- Responsible for end-to-end management of ‘Sharjah Police Emergency Support System’ (999-CADS-iCAD-OnCall(HxGN)-Call Taker -Emergency Dispatch-GIS System). - Handle IT projects, Proof of Concepts, SOWs with various application vendors based in and out of U.A.E. - Facilitated the incorporation of Agile methodologies, ceremonies and practices to deliver value across the organization. - Steered the technical aspect of the entire Safe City project which included survey, designing, installation, and commissioning. - Advocated and managed the migration from existing CADS Emergency system to Hexagon OnCall system. - Spearheaded the installation teams of surveillance cameras for remote sites – Police Stations & Centers encompassing 6+ police stations, 50 offices, and 6 border points spanned across the emirate of Sharjah. - Manage and support Sharjah Police Command and Control Room systems. - Strategize and deploy CCTV analytics based on operational policies.

-Manage and support Fleet monitoring systems installations -Technical lead of Computer Aided Dispatch systems -Consult clients & identify client requirements. -Maintain systems by monitoring & identifying software defects; investigate new technologies; create technical specifications and work with computer coding languages. -Assist Sales Engineer in preparing RFQ, RFP & other related technical documentation.
