My job was to provide support to the operations team and help in the digital transformation of Supply chain projects Supported the migration of Project 44, a platform integrating all delivery and transportation information. This migration enabled the tracking of all transport modes (Deep Sea, Short Sea, Full Truck Loads, Trailers, Bulk) in a single platform, enhancing visibility and streamlining operations. Successfully onboarded Brand Companies onto the platform, expanding coverage and improving data collection. Ensured a smooth transition for all stakeholders by managing communication, reporting, training, and workflow optimization. Collaborated with S&OP and IT teams with various Pernod Ricard teams globally to automate inventory reporting processes, increasing efficiency and reducing manual workload.

As a Revenue growth and pricing apprentice my job was to Provide analytical and project management support to the Revenue Growth team. During this time, I: Partnered with key brands to develop and implement strategic pricing guidelines and optimal product placement strategies to gain market share. Developed and managed Pernod Ricard's global pricing tool, used by 100+ countries' commercial and finance teams for pricing and promotion decisions. Analysed and presented pricing strategies to top management for key brands in the group's top 15 markets, aimed at maximizing revenue and price value. Led the project management of an allocations tool, streamlining the process for over 100 SKUs across 70+ countries and ensuring efficient resource allocation. Collaborated with local sales teams of 12 key markets to conduct market and competitor analyses, building and executing winning market strategies. Facilitated and delivered training programs to empower 250+ employees on company revenue growth strategies.
