I played a crucial role in successfully supporting the Manhattan SCALE WMS sites at Medline Europe. With a deep understanding of processes, in-house development, and system interactions, I provided optimal solutions for seamless operations. During the resource-constrained hyper care phase, I shouldered triple the workload, delivering comprehensive technical support on the warehouse floor, ensuring the warehouse to run smoothly without any disruption. I implemented measures aimed at minimizing the effort required by end users. My vision is centered around optimizing the system to reduce unnecessary workload for end users, ensuring they focus only on essential tasks and eliminating any unnecessary burden caused by cumbersome processes. I took the initiative to identify the key user and proactively on boarded them, ensuring their familiarity and comfort with the overall process and the WMS & TMS systems. Proficient in ETL solutions, QAD Precision TMS, and batch scripts, I facilitated efficient data integration.

Designed & developed in house Manhattan SCALE WMS solutions by leveraging Web API, T-SQL, JS, and other technologies, resulting in a remarkable 70% reduction in billing effort. Thoroughly reviewed the design document for new extensions, collaborating with the vendor to ensure accurate estimates. Completed the development of an internal user management web application utilizing the MVC architecture.
