• Tools Used – AdminStudio/ InstallSheild ( 2015/2018/2019), App-V 5.2, SCCM2012, Beyond Compare. • Primary contact to stakeholders and IT team for software packaging, Packaging QA and deployments. • Review the packaging requirement, Discovery, Packaging, UAT, QA of Packages done by other packagers, Deployment of packages. • Update Service now ticket and updating the package tracker which will notify the requestor on the current status. • Update and maintain the Document with screenshots, Installation steps and conditions, errors and logs with respect to the OS where the package will be deployed. • Packaging involves standards with respect to the client requirement which includes automated script for removal of registry entry after uninstall of the application. • Sequencing and publishing the App-V 5.1 and App-V5.2 packages in Citrix environment. • Creating Deployment ticket and proceed with deployment of the software after CAB approval. • Also represent the team in weekly CAB meeting seeking approval for the changes created by the team. • Additional Responsibility: Microsoft Windows Operating Systems 10 deployment and support via SCCM2012 - Image creation, task sequence creation, image deployments, configuration file creation and management, packaging, • Diagnosis, investigation, recovery and resolution of various types of hardware problems and software issues • Citrix VDI client issues and support.
