• Lead &Implement ,test all new enhacements requested by internal clients. • Writing functional &Technical specifications documents (TED,BRD,MD050,MD070 ,..) • End user Training ,assist key user to do the users acceptance tests. • Monthly finance & SCM modules closing troublshouting and support . • AP invoice approval workflow customization to overcame standard AME parrallel notifications limitation. • Working closly with budget team to correct mass allocation formulas to meet the need of the budget team. • Working closly with finance team and oracle support to correct accounting issues and correcting consitancy between primary and secondary ledgers. • Update the implemented workflows as per the ongoing needs of the final users ,update and create new AME approval rules as per the need of the Key users (finance &Purchasing). • Participate in the financial chart of account restrucuration ,including the study,the testing of all workflows,testing of all process and the processing of the ongoing transactions(move orders,Purchase requisitions,purchase orders ,blanket releases,...;) . • Setup oracle e-business modules financial,Purchasing,setup new organizational rules (throught AME or oracle workflows). •Working closly with the implentation team to analyse new changes ,testing changes,(implementation of secondary leadger at the subleager level to permit a double accounting in USD and DZA. • Analyse and solve problems exposed by the client departments ,implement and follow up of the new proposed solutions. • solving some specific customized cost integration to oracle project costing modules (case inventory receipts, consumption in USD and DZA) • Analysing and managing the integration of E-business Modules (GL,AP,PO,INV,EAM,PA,CM,FA). • Report Development (XML Publisher ,Report Builder). • Backup,Patching ,Refreshing development instances on regular basis . • Interfacing &follow up of the Company need with the 3rd party suppliers (implementers)

-Customize the blanket releases approval workflow according the need expressed by the client (5 dynamic approval level). -Audit of the implementation already done (P2C cycle master data,P2P cycle integration ). -Update of the PO account Generator as per the company rules (update of the workflow of the inventory items, expense item, expense Purchases) , -Mass upate through the interfaces of all ongoing PO documents as per the need of the client (mass update of the lines ). -Audit of the accounting rules (SLA) already defined for the Purchasing & Inventory modules.

• Leading Oracle E-business Migration project from R12.0.6 to R12.2.6. (Technical upgrade and functional upgrade inclusing french nls). • Ensuring VPN interconnectivity between the management head office and the differents factories. • Upgrades of differents applications used in the company (payroll applications,....). • Managing IT vendors Relationships. • Implementing and Managing the business continuty plan including Desaster recovery plan . • Leading the Virtualization Project from the study to the final implementation and migration of all servers of All Servers(databases,applications ,infrastructure servers) of the company. • Managing and Implmenting the P2P and O2C cycles in oracle E-business suite. • Supervising the needed ERP Implementation Updates (Imventory,oracle payables,oracle receivables,work in process ,order management,....) • Order Management Module Reimplementation to take in charge multi currency sales order with it relationship to AR module ,advanced pricing module. • Leading the migration of e-business database from 11.2.0.4 32 bit TO 11.2.0.4 64 bits • Leading the migration of e-business database migration from 10g to 11g • Supervising migration of E-business From single Node to multi nodes • Ensuring ITs purchasing (servers, Printers, laptops, desktops…) • Managing and implementing the chart of account changing in algeria done with success and zero cost. • Ensuring regular database backups(hot backup,,cold backup, linux scrips) ,solving the daily problem of the database and applications. • Supervise the Business Intelligence section performance.
