As Website Product Owner at Stanley/Stella, I lead the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of our digital platform, ensuring it supports both business objectives and our brand’s sustainability values. I own with the Product team the website roadmap and work cross-functionally with UX/UI, development, marketing, product managers, production, planning and ops teams to deliver high-impact features and experiences for our global B2B and B2C audiences. In addition to product ownership, I’m also responsible for defining and executing the entire website content strategy—from structuring pages and crafting messaging frameworks to managing the creation, governance, and optimization of content. My approach ensures that every piece of content is purposeful, consistent, and aligned with user needs and brand positioning. Key focus areas: - Website product strategy & roadmap ownership in line with key business objectives - Full content strategy creation and implementation - UX & conversion rate optimization - Agile product management & backlog prioritization - Data-driven decision making (web analytics, A/B testing) - Cross-functional stakeholder collaboration - Continuous improvement based on user insights and market trends

Subject: The impact of consumer characteristics on consumer preferences for local or global brands Abstract: This master thesis tackles a research gap that has been highlighted thanks to the literature review. As suggested by Riefler and Diamantopoulos (2011), consumer cosmopolitanism should not be systematically associated to consumer orientation for global brands. It was assumed that this might also be true for consumer ethnocentrism. Both of these consumer characteristics definitions can mislead marketers and researchers about the real preferences of consumers for global or local brands. This paper investigates whether those socio- psychological traits impact the consumer choices for global or local brands. Risk perception mediation was also hypothesized in order to evaluate the possibility of existence of mediator. The conceptual framework takes place into two different contexts: home and foreign. After defining both concepts and what are global and local brands by studying the existing papers treating the subject, a questionnaire was built and distributed. A final sample of 232 French citizens was obtained and the data collected analyzed. This empirical study highlighted several conclusions. First, Consumer cosmopolitanism is found to have no impact on consumer preferences in neither context and for none of the global and local brands. At the opposite, Consumer ethnocentrism has a negative impact on consumer preference for global brands in home context and no impact in foreign context and is mediated by risk positively for certain product categories. After describing the data analyses, the results are discussed and managerial implications developed as well as future researches suggestions and study limitations.
