Design and develop custom modules within Zoho CRM to meet specific business needs, including workflows, blueprints, and validation rules. Use Deluge scripting to automate processes within Zoho applications, such as Zoho CRM, Creator, and Forms. Implement automation for data entry, lead nurturing, and workflow processes to streamline operations. Create and manage integrations between Zoho applications and third-party systems using Zoho API and other integration tools. Maintain data consistency across applications and ensure seamless data flow. Develop and integrate custom forms using Zoho Forms or Creator for data capture, feedback collection, and lead generation. Ensure form data maps accurately to CRM or other applications. Build advanced reports and dashboards within Zoho Analytics, Zoho CRM, or other Zoho applications to provide insights into key metrics and support decision-making. Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot application issues, and ensure the functionality of custom modules, scripts, and integrations. Train end-users and other stakeholders on new features, modules, and best practices. Document custom solutions, processes, and configurations for future reference. Maintain application security by managing user roles, permissions, and data access levels within Zoho applications to ensure data protection and compliance. Stay updated on new Zoho releases and features, and proactively seek ways to enhance current systems to improve efficiency and user experience.

Content Creation: Creating and preparing draft content for blogposts, social media, and marketing & sales Data Analysis: Collecting, analyzing, and reporting client data with recommendation of respective product.
