Hey, I’m Simeon Orlando. I co-founded Music and Mee, a sound-led cultural platform shaped by music, identity, visual language and shared experience. My work has always moved between culture, people and presentation. With a background sitting at the intersection of luxury hospitality, high-profile events and creative operations. I've have built my career in exclusive members’ clubs, nightlife venues and global event environments, leading front-of-house teams, managing VVIP, senior guest relations, and ensuring seamless service delivery under pressure. Alongside operational leadership, I bring a creative foundation in graphic design, social media support and personal assistance, allowing me to approach guest experience, brand standards and event delivery with both precision and style building a strong understanding of how the right details can shape how people feel in a space. Music and Mee (MEE, meaning My Expression Everywhere) is where those worlds meet. It is a platform for sound, culture and expression, creating moments that feel intentional, visually considered and emotionally connected. My role spans across the creative and operational layers of the platform. I support the visual direction through graphics and social content, help shape how the brand shows up publicly, and work closely across artist liaison, management support, guest experience and event delivery. I’m drawn to the details that make a project feel seamless: the tone, the timing, the people, the atmosphere and the way everything comes together behind the scenes. I bring a calm, polished and highly considered approach to the work, shaped by years in high-pressure, high-standard environments where discretion, taste and presence matter. Across production, talent, brands and hospitality, I help create spaces that feel culturally alive, beautifully held and impossible to forget.
