► CONTEXT Overall, I improved the performance of the AI-based identity verification product, totalling 3 million identifications processed per year. FinTech ● SaaS payment processing solutions ● One of the world’s top 5 payment infrastructure providers, valued at 40 B$, processing ~6 billion transactions yearly ► CONTENT • Built a model that optimizes the trade-off between minimizing audit costs and keeping false positive & false negative rates under defined thresholds, resulting in a 40% improvement in accuracy and a 55% reduction in expected costs • Increased AI-based identity verification manual review speed by 50%, resulting in ~0.7 M€ in yearly cost savings • Created and implemented an AB Test governance process to scale up testing practices and ensure decisions validity • Used DBT and Looker to build data pipelines and deploy key metrics monitoring company-wide

► CONTEXT Supermood is a Paris-based SaaS startup, and the first French company that made engagement at work the core of its activities. As a member of the Executive Committee, I helped to pilot an HR-Tech SaaS company operations and fostered growth (x3 on ARR, x2.5 on headcount) by improving business/product operations & decision-making. HR Tech ● SaaS employee engagement monitoring solutions ● French leader, servicing 100+ companies and 150k+ users ► CONTENT • Built Machine Learning models from scratch with a steady 80-90% precision on lead conversion, deal closing, customer retention, and deployed them to production for operations management (ML-aided operations) • Managed 10+ data science projects from start to end (algorithms: Apriori, SVM, XGBoost, Neural Network, etc.) • Conducted studies, published in articles, qualifying ~500k€ worth of prospects overall (1/3 of yearly recurring revenue) • Empowered Heads of teams to monitor operations by providing dashboards & analyses (1000+ questions answered) • Advised & built the metrics that enabled 5M€ Series-A funding raise • Automated 5+ key client processes, which prepared the company for post Series-A scale-up • Recruited a team (1 Data Analyst & Engineer, 1 Data Scientist) by analyzing over 300 CVs; structured the team processes; made the team learn & grow while delivering impactful projects and maintaining an internal NPS over 70

► CONTEXT I supported the corporate transformational plan by leading key data science consulting projects. Energy ● Multiple activity segments ● One of the world's top 10 energy industry actors ► CONTENT • Led a 4-person team in building a CRM-based quote closing predictive model, proved to be twice as accurate as the current system; recommended actions to refocus Business Development on high-potential segments • Built an SG&A activity-based costing model, achieving 87% better accuracy in SG&A cost evaluation • Analyzed the invoicing process, costing 1M€ yearly, and identified potential cost savings of 44%

► CONTEXT The business unit that I joined at ENGIE is in charge of the energy-related services management of GSK administrative buildings (on two Belgium sites comprising a total of 8.000 employees). I was specifically recruited to manage energy-saving initiatives within ENGIE's Projects Division. Energy ● Multiple activity segments ● One of the world's top 10 energy industry actors ► TOOLS & TECHNIQUES Project & Program Management / Risk Management / Pricing algorithm / Lean Manufacturing / FMECA / Problem-solving methods / Quantitative analysis ► CONTENT • Built [15% energy savings by 2020] Plan and presented it to Client & BU Director, which was then implemented • Led and handed over 4 projects with 1M€ total budget; streamlined business processes into 1 overall process • Combined two Manufacturing industry methods and applied them onto energy consumption, coming up with an innovative energy efficiency model. The latter has been used extensively later on to identify sources of energy waste and solve them systematically. ► RESULTS → Energy Efficiency Program: Overall and project-based strategy defined in order to reach the 5-year objective of 700 tons saved on carbon footprint by 2020. → Business Operations: Energy saving project-related business processes streamlined (overall flow, IPMVP implementation, ROI calculation, processing time definition, etc.) → Various energy-saving projects managed, totalling a carbon footprint reduction of 150 tons over half a year (20% of the five-year objective). → Energy Dashboard developed in Excel to ease the energy consumption reduction follow-up

► CONTEXT I was specifically recruited on this consulting mission to manage some improvement & revamping projects until the end of the production facility shutdown in January 2017. ► CONTENT I coordinated the analysis and procurement steps of 3 projects to start them and verify their technical feasibility. Then, these projects were handed over to another PMO for execution. On another project, by streamlining the operationaI aspect, I shortened by 40% the time needed for manual operations, which reduced by 15% the scheduled execution time. ► RESULTS → Projects completed on time and on budget

► CONTEXT In order to improve the quality of exported engines that were produced in China, I was in charge of coordinating the industrial improvement operations. My mission inputs were problems detected in China (before shipping), or by our main customer in France. My mission outputs were problems solved. Automotive Manufacturing ● Multiple product segments ● One of the world's top 100 automotive suppliers ► CONTENT • Created and implemented problem follow-up database; coordinated action plans with 7 departments in France & China • Directed a major Quality System strengthening plan, eventually reducing the problem rate by 98% within 1.5 years, which was prized by leadership; monitored & trained 20 Chinese co-workers in tackling industrial problems ► MORE DETAILS To reduce the number of problems, I managed Chinese Quality & Process Engineers towards developing, defining, and implementing a wide range of operational improvement strategies: process modifications, design changes, quality corrections, sourcing, storage management, and even system and business process evolutions. Thanks to consistent improvements, my responsibilities steadily increased throughout my time in China. ► RESULTS → For one series, the problem rate decreased by 80% within 6 months, by 95% within 1 year, and by 98% within 1.5 year → For another series, the problem rate decreased by 75% within 6 months → Manufacturing chain much more stable and reliable
