Procurement Data Stream project: • Collection of ambitions and needs: identification of data reporting requirements and expectations at each level of the organization, ensuring a coherent and unified approach. • Definition of qualification rules: establishment of clear protocols for the collection, qualification, and transcoding of data, ensuring the successful integration of critical information. • Project structuring: definition of project phases and implementation of strong governance to monitor progress and ensure alignment. • Pilot and deployment: execution of the pilot phase, including extensive testing prior to the tool’s go-live across all subsidiaries. • Data collection: orchestrated and automated harmonization & gathering of Indirect & Direct suppliers’ transactional data (+98% captured; Billions EUR & multiple thousand suppliers) to improve operational efficiency. • Design and deployment of information flows: organised affiliates’ onboarding (80 entities), multi environment ticketing tool design, build & delivery. • User support and acceptance testing: assistance to local teams during deployment, with a particular focus on training and end-user support.

Reogranisation of the Direction de la Certification Professionnelle (DCP): • Comprehensive diagnostic of the current state, including a detailed mapping of stakeholders and their impact on the project. • In-depth analysis of the existing organizational and operational model, identifying areas for improvement and potential quick wins. • Design of the target operating model, defining the roles, skills, and structures required to achieve future objectives. • Development of a phased and structured roadmap for implementing the defined objectives of the DCP, with a strong focus on methodology and change management. • Establishment of enhanced governance around team rituals and key processes, supported by a common methodological framework.

• Supported the fulfilment of 6 client projects worldwide totalling +180 man-days, missions included fleet electrification, costs optimisation, roadmaps & energy transition objectives and OEM Advisory. • Produced 5 tools and organised 2 workshops to improve efficiency within the international sales team. • Prepared 3 yearly barometers & realised 2 yearly “Energy transition maturity index” on 7,500 fleet & mobil-ity managers with IPSOS (EU, USA & LATAM).
