I actively support the implementation of the company’s ESG strategy, working closely with the Sustainability Lead and engaging with both internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities: - Coordinating and monitoring ESG projects aligned with the company’s sustainability objectives - Analyzing ESG performance indicators and preparing internal and external reports (performance, compliance, etc.) - Managing ESG-related incidents or complaints in collaboration with relevant teams - Leading awareness sessions and training on sustainability best practices - Conducting research and staying up to date with ESG trends, regulations, and frameworks (GRI, TCFD, CSRD, etc.) - Contributing to the implementation of Dangote Group’s decarbonization roadmap at the Cameroon level, to support the company’s journey towards net zero emissions - Collaborating cross-functionally to integrate sustainability into day-to-day operations I strive to generate a positive, measurable impact by contributing to a more responsible and resilient organizational culture in the face of environmental and social challenges.

Temporarily stepped into the role of Sustainability Lead during my manager’s leave, ensuring seamless coordination and continuity of ESG initiatives across the company. Key responsibilities: • Oversaw and coordinated ongoing sustainability projects and action plans • Monitored ESG performance indicators and reported results to the management board • Represented the sustainability function in cross-departmental strategic meetings • Contributed to the development and execution of the corporate sustainability roadmap • Supported ESG compliance efforts and internal awareness campaigns • Collaborated with operational teams on environmental performance topics (waste, emissions, energy, etc.) This interim role reinforced my leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to align sustainability goals with business priorities.
