Simon Valdenaire

As Manager and Bike Guide at Cycles des Fans, I lead cycling adventures in the heart of Ardèche. I organize guided experiences suitable for all levels and supervised by certified instructors. Additionally, I work as a Guide for various Tour Operators, accompanying participants on itinerant trips. My role is to ensure safe and enriching outings while fostering team cohesion and personal development among participants.

- Supporting the UK & EMEA HR Manager on all HR topics for the French entity. - Contributed to the organizational restructuring in France and ensured legal and regulatory compliance of HR practices. - Oversees payroll operations: collecting and validating variable data, conducting monthly checks, and managing contractual specifics. - Manages all HR administration: employment contracts, health insurance, pension schemes, and employee records. - Prepares and facilitates CSE meetings, drafts minutes, and follows up on agreed actions. - Implements and monitors employee development initiatives: performance reviews, training plans, and upskilling. - Leads the local rollout of HR policies in France: absence, travel, and compliance policies.

- HR lead for France, supporting the brands Santa Cruz, Cervélo, and Reserve. - Works closely with the Market Leader France & Wallonia and the Head of People based at the Santa Cruz headquarters. - Contributes to aligning business strategy with HR initiatives, driving talent development and a strong, shared company culture. - Provides guidance and support to managers and teams on all HR topics: performance, engagement, recruitment, and growth. - Member of the cross-department AI working group, responsible for training and raising awareness on the use of artificial intelligence. - Privacy Champion for France, acting as a key contact for data privacy, confidentiality, and overall Privacy & Security compliance.

- Réalisation d'actions de formation dans le domaine des RH : DUERP, Entretiens annuels et professionnels, Révision quinquennale des pesées, Classifications, Descriptifs de poste, Perfectionnement RH...
 - Digitalisation de la formation : sélection et paramétrage de la plateforme LMS, conception pédagogique des nouvelles formations ;
 - Participation à la rédaction du guide d'application de l'avenant 182 de la CCN Eclat ; - Accompagnement RH des clients : Recrutement, GPEC, Descriptifs de poste, Classification des emplois, Entretiens annuels...
 - Création des outils de communication du cabinet.

- Cartographie et harmonisation des process RH au sein d’une équipe de 33 professionnels RH, à destination de 39 sites dont 21 usines (recrutement, modulation, activité partielle, gestion du COVID19, modulation, EVP…) ;
 - Création d’un plan d’action RH avec la DRH et Manager de Transition RH intégré à la stratégie de développement du groupe ;
 - Synthèse des accords d’entreprise (sites et groupe) en support aux Managers et Directeurs d’Usine ;
 - Mise en place des outils internes RH (Teams ; gestion documentaire SharePoint) ;
 - Animation des réunions hebdomadaires RH ;
 - Participation à l’élaboration des workflow SIRH propres à KP1 dans le cadre de la mise en place du nouveau SIRH - ADP Décidium.

- Droit social : CP, JRTT, PEPA, contrats, délégation de pouvoirs aux managers - SIRH : Création d’un espace collaboratif entre les services RH, paie, comptabilité et extension auprès des directions régionales - Benchmark SIRH : Altays, Beetween, Sage, Nibelis, BI reporting, Silae et LLUCA - Égalité professionnelle : réalisation de l’Index, du diagnostic auprès de la commission Egalité Professionnelle et du plan d’action, adopté par les élus - Ingénierie pédagogique : création et animation de deux « Serious Games » auprès de 28 collaborateurs du siège - Gestion paie et administration du personnel : utilisation du logiciel SAGE
