At Valdelia, I contributed to and led parts of a major migration project converting a monolithic web app into several Spring Boot microservices supported by PostgreSQL and RabbitMQ. I promoted effective collaboration and continuous learning within the team, facilitating knowledge sharing sessions and pair programming to boost skill development and team motivation. Key outcomes included significant performance improvements and shifting the app from B2C to B2B, expanding the client base.

At Schneider Electric, I led a cross-functional team of developers on cloud and microservices projects using C#, .NET Core, and Azure DevOps. My role blended hands-on development with architectural guidance and leadership, helping align multiple teams on technical direction. I focused on building team skills, ownership, and streamlined project delivery while actively contributing to open source and quickly adopting new technologies.

During this role at Valdelia, I actively contributed to the development and maintenance of backend services mainly using Java and Spring Framework. I participated in building scalable features, integrating them with relational databases like PostgreSQL, and improving system performance and reliability. In parallel, I supported process improvements and collaborated closely with the team to enhance code quality and delivery speed. I also promoted knowledge sharing through peer programming and mentoring, which helped boost team productivity and cohesion.
