Project 2: – Understanding the scope of the project. – Proposing solution to the customer regarding the issues encountered. – Creating application interfaces using the wireframe Balsamiq. – Sharing the new application interfaces with developers and manager. – Performing different loop of test after developing application interfaces. – Manage issues in JIRA. -Reporting results using JIRA Dashboard.

– Leading technical training and upskilling initiatives for the QA team on automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, and Cucumber. – Facilitating knowledge-sharing sessions to drive continuous improvement in validation processes and modern testing methodologies. – Standardizing automation best practices across an Agile/Scrum environment using a diverse stack including Java, TypeScript, and Azure DevOps.

Project 1: Manage SAP Customer requirements/Enhancement – Analyzing current processes and participating in brainstorming sessions with stakeholders. – Analyzing customer requirements and drafting comprehensive functional specifications. – Modeling and optimizing business processes using Bizagi to ensure operational efficiency. – Designing strategic validation plans and detailed test cases for manual and automated testing. – Executing and managing test cycles within HP ALM using UFT for automation. – Configuring and manipulating essential test data directly through SAP tables. – Managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinating bug fixes with the ABAP team via Panaya. – Providing post-go-live SAP support and performing regression tests to maintain system stability. – Executing weekly automated SAP test campaign. – Technical environment: Agile/Scrum, SAP, HP ALM, UFT, Bizagi, BPMN. Project 2: Implement automation Framework witjh Selenium – Analyzing user stories to draft behavioral test scenarios in Gherkin format with Cucumber. – Developing automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Java based on the Page Object Model (POM). – Testing and validating APIs and web services using Karate, Postman, and Swagger. – Integrating and monitoring automated test suites within Jenkins and GitLab CI pipelines. – Tracking and reporting defects throughout the project lifecycle using Jira and XRAY. – Maintaining automation frameworks and executing regression cycles to ensure continuous quality. – Debugging complex issues in collaboration with developers to ensure fast and effective resolutions.
