My role involves handling various tasks related to developing user-friendly online platforms. One significant project I'm contributing to is the creation of 'WebTV,' a system that makes it simple to manage videos and media. It's like a hub where you can organize videos, manage user profiles, and handle live streaming easily. Additionally, I'm part of teams working on front-office platforms for big organizations like UNESCO and CNAM. For UNESCO, we're building a platform that shows event schedules, live streams, and videos they produce. And for CNAM, I'm helping with live shows, podcasts, and showcasing their videos. My job is to ensure these platforms work smoothly for everyone who uses them. The tasks I accomplish include : - Implement user interfaces based on design mockups using HTML5, CSS3, Material UI, Antd, and Bootstrap. - Utilization of CSS preprocessors like Sass and SCSS for efficient styling. - Translation of design concepts into responsive and interactive web pages. - Incorporation of modern frontend frameworks such as ReactJS, NextJS, Vue.js, and AngularJS. - Implementation of data management and state handling using Redux for ReactJS. - Execution of front-end routing for multi-page applications. - Integration of frontend components with backend APIs, leveraging GraphQL and REST API technologies. - Integration of third-party libraries or plugins, such as 'Axios', to enhance functionality and streamline tasks like making HTTP requests. - Version control with Git for effective management of codebase changes. - Collaboration with team members through GitLab for centralized code hosting, issue tracking, and merge requests. - Testing and debugging of front-end code to ensure functionality across different browsers and devices. - Collaboration with designers and backend developers to ensure seamless integration and functionality. - Documentation of implemented features and functionalities for reference and future maintenance.
