I was a member of the AQUALUNG customer service team. Within the team, I was in charge of answering customers' orders and complaints. This experience allowed me to improve the following skills: - Outlook knowledge - Language skills - Time management - Teamwork In addition, I was able to discover, through this job, the SALESFORCE software and all its functionalities. It also allowed me to understand the importance of the information system.
