ALBEA Patrimoine (RPG) – Corrective and Enhancement Maintenance • Delivered corrective and enhancement developments for the ALBEA Patrimoine life insurance management system (RPG), ensuring compliance with evolving business and regulatory requirements. • Implemented projected savings distribution calculations for the 2026–2030 period within the Current Savings (EA) module. • Enhanced business rules governing customer communications by introducing updated trigger conditions for age-related notifications (70-year threshold). VPCF (COBOL) – Corrective and Enhancement Maintenance • Delivered corrective and enhancement developments for the VPCF insurance administration platform (COBOL), supporting beneficiary management, claims processing, regulatory reporting, and document workflows. • Implemented functionality for the capture and management of beneficiary clauses for PLV contracts. • Designed and developed a dedicated direct-compensation processing screen to streamline claims handling operations. • Enhanced beneficiary clause management for dormant and unclaimed contracts. • Created dedicated GED (Electronic Document Management) workflows to monitor standard beneficiary clauses with missing or incomplete supporting documentation (e.g., family record book). • Updated Ficovie disbursement date processing in line with regulatory and operational requirements. • Developed and maintained monthly Eckert compliance reporting. • Investigated and resolved valuation inconsistencies related to inheritance settlement calculations. • Contributed to improving data quality, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across policy administration processes.
