• Assisted in the formalization of corporate identity and its communication with correlation between graphic identity and company values / message. • Created a new identity for the company including designing a new interface for its website incorporating UX & UI design and overseeing its development. The new version of which is live currently. • Built the company’s social media channels from scratch by working closely with the social media assistant to plan the calendar and create valuable content. • Designed and assisted in supplier sourcing for company marketing & communication materials like merchandise, goodies, packaging, brochures, banners etc. • Highly appreciated for organizing company Events. Also attended several industry events. • Assisted in the management of communication campaigns and ad campaigns across various digital channels (animate, create marketing campaigns, graphics, visuals) • Ensure the automation of publications at the right time slots. • Improved acquisition / lead generation strategies & organic growth of the company (SEO, Referral, Affiliation) • Analyzed KPI, data, analytics tools to constantly improve acquisition. Also incorporated customer experience measurement tools like NPS into the system to track customer satisfaction.

• Collaborated with the local Artisans and crafts of India to study their lifestyle, arts, crafts and work directly without a middle-men, thus contributing towards a more sustainable approach of production. • Managed the entire Product development – ideation, designing, buying, sourcing, fabrication, design, sampling, in-house manufacturing. • Collaborated with external partners for end product styling & photoshoot, marketing & promotion. • E-Retailed (Seller) at Amazon, Flipkart & FeelingWow, thus, managed the online catalog.

• Successfully executed the brand design strategy. • Developed color and concept by delivery, design and development of design strategy based on season and occasion. • Responsible for timely execution of key design milestones from concept through final delivery to stores and customers. • Leads collaboration with execution partners including sourcing, technical design, merchandising, planning, and buying. • In-store supervision and management of customer orders, fitting, delivery and after-care.
