• Responsible for planning and executing lean operational tech improvement projects for EU Air and Sea business units, while collaborating with worldwide tech teams, Aviation Security, Network Control Center, Safety, IT, Finance, and Learning • Delivered an Automated Roaster Allocator tool enabling faster start of shift and operational decision-making saving 1050 labor hours/day across +30 EU sites. • Drove the EU rollout of Salesforce based information system tools, trained 210 users across 17 EU Air sites, saving labor hours and aligning EU reporting with North America. • Dedicated owner for funneling the team's projects through GDPR Privacy HR and Legal reviews. • Served as the EU Air counterpart for North American tech teams, partnering to launch key initiatives for Air, which improved operational efficiency and reduced DEA by 5% for Air sites. • Collaborated on the inclusive rebranding global initiative for container naming conventions, ensuring alignment across global tech tools and communications. • Led a team of 4 Program Managers, contributing to hiring and developing top talent within the organization.

• Aided the adoption of Asana as the EU Sort Centers (SC) tech team’s standalone Project Management software, by onboarding and training 20 PMs, creating 50 tech integration projects and building best practices. • Created the 2021 Roadmap for data monitoring of key metrics regarding 50 SC tech integration projects. • Developed and launched a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for benefit quantification, streamlining the project prioritization and communication process between stakeholders. • Owned end-to-end planning, budgeting, reporting cycles, leading the steering committee and execution of a global tech industry event of 800 participants (increase of 300% YoY). • Took ownership of consistent project update reporting to Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) VP and leadership team for weekly and monthly reviews.
