On the behalf of Alstom, I am managing the crisis at Leclanché for delivering the set of batteries for innovative Battery-Train, which are alternative drives replacing diesel on non-electrified lines, including hydrogen-powered fleets. Results: Battery pack deliveries show a fivefold increase in average throughput.

Orano is carrying out a CAPEX program to extend a nuclear power plant, the program is struggling. Its part of the Operational Excellence Team, I design and implement a project recovery plan: - firstly by actively supporting key suppliers through SDM (Supplier Development Management) - secondly by supporting the program governance through Kaizen projects. Results: in 2025 the program has been on track, no further delays.

I am the Production Director of a luxury watch factory for Tag Heuer. I manage the production crisis, re-engage the teams, and lead significant performance improvements: workplace accidents, quality, volumes and costs reductions.

I am the quality manager for the "Digital Lab" program, an ambitious initiative deploying digital tools (IoT, dashboards, automation, robotics, remote control) in the pharmaceutical researcher's workspace, including their dashboards. I design and implement the testing strategy. I am change manager on the program of redefinition go budget principles, based on ServiceNow.

AXA GO has launched an ambitious "Data Culture" program. After framing the project, I am responsible for implementing the pilot project within the "Billing and Cash Management" team. The project leverages problem- solving tools and best practices in data management. As a result, there has been a significant increase in invoice volume, a reduction in errors, substantial improvement in data quality, a 60% increase in productivity, and a 30-day reduction in invoicing lead time.

First mission : solve the problem of millions of euros of losses due to contracting issues. troubleshoot those contract issues in production and address t the root cause (data management). Second mission: implement the new GDPR for Elecrtabel and be the first company in Belgium to comply to this new EU Regulation.

I lead the Front Office area, managing at the same time the resolution of the crisis in production and the structuration of processes of the IT division: • Roadmap for multichannel strategy • Contract management • Meeting the Corporate SOX Standards • ITIL methodology and Agile scrum implementation. • Project portfolio management (planning, budget, risk, issues)
