Developing an AI Solution for Credit Risk Scoring using Machine Learning & Deep Learning Algorithms based on data of credits disbursed between 2018 and 2021 (+500k). Using Deep Learning techniques to optimize data cleaning & pre-processing methods. Using SHAP Techniques to explain the final AI model to guarantee transparency. Process re-engineering for the potential integration of the intelligent Credit Risk Scoring.

PMO for internal digital transformation projects across Enda Group (planning, gap analysis, specs, risk management, and reporting to top management). Designed and managed a Startup Studio program supporting high-impact startups ($1M+ investment). Led Innovation & Entrepreneurship initiatives (Hackathons, Ideathons, Mentoring) with M&E dashboarding and impact assessment.

Design and management of the implementation of a decentralized hybrid international Hackathon in 3 countries (Tunisia-Morocco-Egypt), in addition to providing technical assistance for the launch of a virtual P2P collective intelligence incubation program OCI Lab, with the goal of developing innovative environmental solutions in alignment with the SDGs (+200 participants and +15 solutions developed)
