I worked in TotalEnergies' Gas, Renewables & Power department. • Wrote a thesis about how to pilote innovative projects from the R&D to business units, following TotalEnergies' new organizational shift • Developped an online tool with PowerBi to manage the innovative projects portfolio: collected data and highlighted criteria on interactive dashboards (environmental and financial performance...) and implemented it in various business units • Participated to the launch of the third promotion of the Intrapreneurship program and supported the development of their business

HEC for Women aims at raising student awareness regarding gender equality. We support associations which promote inclusion, diversity and equality in France and throughout the world. • Went to Colombia and Mexico to meet organizations, associations and private companies to put a light on initiatives which improve women’s lives • Developed and implemented a class in HEC Paris called “Managing Diversity” to fight gender bias in the working world with the support of Mazars Group

1001mots aims at increasing the school readiness of very young children, coming from disadvantaged areas. It brings parenting support to help parents develop their child’s ability to speak • Assessed the impact of the start-up, analysed data to redefine the strategy of the organization • Managed the long-distance supporting program and coordinated physical sessions with the medical staff • Developed an online platform for internal use along with a software developer

Horizon Lanka is a Sri Lankan NGO which tries to fill the educational gap between rural and urban areas in Sri Lanka. It aims at empowering young people and women by giving them free IT and English lessons in remote villages • Assessed and analysed the educational needs of the different communities during a 6-week field mission (interviews, school’s visits, surveys...), as well as the regional specificities (historical, geographical, political) • Defined several action plans to restructure the NGO and make it financially sustainable
