I'm working in SAP WM, MM, SD (RMA), HR, CATS, FIORI. I'm in charge of : - creation of training doc for key users - training of key users and end users - the UT - the integration test - guiding key users during the UAT - giving support post go-life.

I was working in the SAP support (L2 & L3). I had to fix differents tickets about SAP MM, SAP SD, CATS, HR, FIORI. I had also to manage master data in SAP HR and SAP MM. I was in charge of training of end users in CATS/FIORI.
