As a Senior Flutter Engineer, I have been leading the development of a large-scale mobile application (Android & iOS) for the Ministry of Education in Kuwait, serving over 300,000 users across three categories: employees, students, and parents. Key Responsibilities & Achievements: Designed and architected the mobile application with a strong focus on performance, security, and cross-platform consistency using Flutter. Implemented advanced authentication mechanisms, including integration with Microsoft 365 and Kuwait’s national PACI system, ensuring secure and seamless login for all users. Developed biometric verification flows (fingerprint and face recognition) and secured sensitive areas of the app with device-based protection and screenshot prevention (Swift/Java interoperability). Built and deployed a GPS-based attendance system with spoofing detection (mock location, VPN, rooted/jailbroken devices), ensuring reliable presence tracking for employees. Closely collaborated with the Ministry’s technical teams to analyze requirements and deliver tailored features to each user type. Integrated dynamic modules such as class schedules, student progress tracking, announcements, and push notifications in real time. Actively participated in client meetings and played a key role in technical decision-making, UI/UX optimization, and app deployment strategies. 🏆 The app reached the top position on the App Store in Kuwait in the Education category, with high user engagement and strong client satisfaction.

As a Senior Flutter Developer at Suhob, I spearheaded the development and successful deployment of the cross-platform application "KUNA-كونا" for our client, Kuwait News Agency. This public news application provides a comprehensive platform for accessing Kuna news, featuring a diverse range of content including articles, photos, videos, audios, rumors, and documents. Responsibilities and Achievements: Designed and developed the KUNA-كونا application using the Flutter framework for both iOS and Android platforms. Worked closely with the development team to ensure a smooth and intuitive user experience. Integrated advanced features such as media playback, content management, and user interface customization. Effectively managed technical challenges and proactively resolved issues encountered during the development cycle. Timely delivery of the application in accordance with client specifications, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.

This innovative mobile solution empowers travelers to monitor bus routes, schedules, and lines effectively. In parallel, a specialized application for drivers enhances the management of organized trips. My contributions were instrumental in developing a seamless user experience for passengers while optimizing coordination for drivers.

As an enthusiastic mentor to three summer interns, I passionately led a project to develop a cross-platform mobile application (Android and iOS) using Flutter. Our ambitious goal was to create an innovative solution to optimize event organization within our company, providing an exceptional experience for both our guests and collaborators. Throughout this collaborative experience, I guided our talented team through the challenges of mobile development, emphasizing proficiency in Flutter to ensure a high-performing and intuitive application. We successfully met the challenge, resulting in the creation of a sophisticated application that facilitates the planning, coordination, and execution of events while delivering an outstanding user experience. This opportunity allowed me to refine my team management skills, develop a deep understanding of the application development project lifecycle, and gain a greater appreciation for the importance of collaboration in achieving ambitious technology projects.
