Missions and Responsibilities: -Overall management and coordination of mechatronic projects within the Stellantis perimeter. -Technical and operational management of suppliers (deliverable follow-up, quality, cost, and timing). -Leading customer-supplier meetings to ensure alignment and proper project progress. -Monitoring and development of Value Optimization (VO) ideas for cost reduction and continuous improvement. -Technical and economic feasibility analysis of proposed solutions. -Management of the mechatronic parts portfolio (mirrors, handles, latches, interior lighting, etc.) with a focus on optimization. -Coordination with technical experts to validate design and material choices. -Active contribution to product and process improvement plans to enhance competitiveness. -Monitoring of project performance indicators (quality, cost, timing). -Preparation and presentation of technical summaries for internal committees and customers. -Technical support during design reviews and supplier validations. -Participation in sourcing and industrialization strategy for mechatronic components. -Acting as an interface between R&D, Quality, Purchasing, and Industrialization teams. -Technological watch and benchmarking of innovative mechatronic solutions. -Creation of ECRs, facilitation of PEPP meetings, and follow-up in PLM systems. -Technical supervision and mentoring of new engineers within the project scope.

Missions and Responsibilities: -Management and oversight of the company’s entire quality system. -Supervision of deliverable quality to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. -Daily monitoring of resources and coordination of teams to achieve quality objectives. -Implementation and follow-up of corrective and preventive action plans following non-conformities. -Development, facilitation, and update of Process and Product FMEAs. -Definition and monitoring of quality indicators (scrap rate, conformity, customer satisfaction, etc.). -Support and guidance of project teams in the continuous improvement approach. -Management of internal and external audits, and implementation of associated action plans. -Development and maintenance of the quality documentation system (procedures, work instructions, records). -Direct interface with customers for complaint handling and quality performance follow-up. -Strategic contribution to the company’s success through the control and optimization of quality processes.

Missions and Responsibilities: -Overall management of the company’s operational logistics for construction projects. -Planning, coordination, and optimization of technical teams’ routes across different worksites. -Daily management of technicians and monitoring of project progress on-site. -Organization and prioritization of tasks according to technical constraints and customer urgencies. -Monitoring and continuous improvement of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and efficient service. -Planning and coordination of customer appointments, ensuring alignment between available resources and requested deadlines. -Management of logistical risks and anticipation of unforeseen events to ensure operational continuity. -Execution of logistical and economic gain studies to improve project profitability. -Implementation of optimization processes to reduce travel costs and increase operational efficiency. -Collaboration with commercial and technical teams to ensure smooth and compliant project execution. -Monitoring of logistics performance indicators (KPIs, costs, deadlines, field efficiency).
