- Manage and control implementation of all project technical aspects (end-to-end) within contractual scope and budget. - Manage change requests, risk identification, impact assessment, risk response, and mitigation planning across technical, business, and contractual dimensions. - Ensure alignment of project deliverables with business objectives, customer requirements, and compliance standards. - Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, operations, and business teams to ensure solution readiness and business continuity. - Lead customer-facing engagements: Product demonstration, Customer Demo, PoC , Workshop…etc - Support pre sales activities and business development activities RFP, RFI, RFQ and solution presentations - Participate in governance boards and business reviews to ensure project strategy, risks, and performance are visible and aligned with business goals. - Manage technical solution documents (requirements, architecture, HLD/LLD, ATP, Test Case….). - Manages technical aspects 1830PSS, Wavelite, NMS WS-NOC, NSP/NFM-P activities within the project including requirements, validation, integration , upgrade and testing resolution of non-conformances. - Expertise in managing end-to-end project delivery across networking, virtualization, and security technologies, including DNS, VMware vCenter, Cisco ISE, Veeam Backup, and FortiManager.

- Coordinate with Technician Team for PM (Preventive Maintenance) of sites, more than 200 site. - Acceptance of new sites. - Technical Reports. - Audit, Analysis of radio channels by the site MASTER. - Good knowledges A/C systems ( Mega Hissoto, Split systems with ATS). - Transmission of alarms and Check its with the OMC and NOC. - Execute Work Order WO related to BSS. - Troubleshooting of alarms ( VSWR, RTWP, AISG Device, HDLC Link Down, E1…) . - Installing & Commissioning of BTS ZTE ZXSDR BS 8800 8900a 8700 2G/3G. - Installing & Configuration ( IDU/ODU, Parabolic Antenna ) 1+0,1+1 protection , LAG, XPIC, VLAN, Cross Connection, TMN interface, Ring Configuration of Alcatel-Lucent MPR 9500.

Giving trainees : - Familiarisation with computer vocabulary and Hardware Components / Software. - Difference between Operating System and Applications Software. - Familiarisation with Word as inserting data, table... text formatting and paragraph formatting. - Familiarisation with Power Point for effective communications and how to create maximum impact in minimal time to persuade the audience to take action physically or mentally. - Familiarisation with Excel including building table, calculation and graphics. - Managing database with Access.

Configuration equipment PDH,SDH ( ADR 155Mb/s, Sagem SDH, SIEMENS FMX n*64, DWDM Huawei 80Gb/s, Huawei 10Gb/s, 2,5Gb/s, 622Mb/s). Supervising of packets data transmission in network.
