✓ Implementation of the Swiss PMO, in terms of Governance and the project approval cycle at the Swiss level, through the implementation of basic “templates” dedicated to Project/Program management. ✓ Active participation, as the Head of PMO for Switzerland, in specific merge & acquisition projects (i.e. RIMED) ✓ Ownership, Management, and Implementation of the "OneLis RFP CH" process, for the choice of a supplier who can cover Switzerland's needs in terms of information systems for Laboratories. ✓ Management, Conduction, and Implementation, as Global PMO Leader, of the “OneLis Global RFP CH” RFP process, for the choice of a “short list” of suppliers, who can cover the needs of 15 different countries, in terms of information system for laboratories. ✓ Coordination between the Unilabs group based in Geneva, and the CH-CLT Country Leader Team on projects & programs, carried out at the local Swiss level. ✓ Provision of a unified and trans-functional / trans-project / trans-program view of progress, risks, problems, actions, and key decisions (manage the “RAID log”: Risks, Actions, Problems, Decisions, and follow-up), both for Unilabs office/function transformation projects and for local CLTs. ✓ Weekly reporting of problems and obstacles encountered at the local Swiss level, to the Transformation office (TMO Groupe Unilabs). ✓ Establishment and monitoring of KPIs for local Swiss projects, and weekly reporting of their progress, to the Unilabs Group TMO. ✓ Coordination and reporting to the Unilabs Group on Integration between the different current programs, at the local Swiss level. ✓ Support for the local deployment of projects carried out at the global level, by providing essential elements to the various Swiss Project Managers in terms of project management. ✓ Identification of main resource needs by function / anticipation of personnel needs, proposal of key scenarios for decision-making, anticipation of resource planning & adequate budgets

- Attended the LHH Coaching & Training Program (@Lausanne), courses from July 2020 to November 2020. (Online & onsite sessions) - Participated to the QRP international online trainings, from January to May 2021, in the DevOps Culture and got @DevOps certified c/o DevOps Institute. - AWS Training Program attendance for the AWS services (January and February 2022) in Switzerland, and their application. Comparaison Study with GCP services. - Membership of the INNOPARK Institute @Lausanne, while attending soft skills training courses in Lausanne from January to April 2022

√ Managing the project plan ensuring integration across the work-streams. √ Reviewing resources requirements, monitoring on-boarding plans and time tracking. √ Being accountable for the Travel & Expenses policy, forms and controls for all project team members. √ Coordinating day-to-day execution of tasks across the on- and off- shore teams. √ Ensuring that project and documentation standards were followed. √ Capturing status and escalating risks & issues in a timely manner. √ Producing metrics and status reporting for the project leadership, business leads and steering committee to ensure visibility of progress. √ Designing and following-up on deliverable trackers for each stage of the project. √ Organizing and attending the regular Operating Committee, Change Management workshops and other relevant meetings, with appropriate supporting documentation. √ Supporting the execution of the LRD phases testing.

√ Implemented up to 103 Projects of the IT DEV Portfolio 2015 (Entire IS Portfolio) with Service Now Tool Project and PortFolio Management extended Functionalities. √ Delivered on time, on budget and aligned towards IMO quality standards, the first project and application for the Management of the Dangerous Goods within MSC (DSCM Project v1.1 & v1.2 with 20 people team). √ Supported, Trained and Followed up to 45 Developers, Team Leaders and Supervisors, 15 of them reporting directly. √ DRP Coordination related to all Development applications √ Promoted and ensured the implementation of the Waterfall and Scrum/Agile Methodologies within the MSC IT DEV Team. √ Start promoting the Project Management Principles (PMI) culture within MSC by delivering the first basic Training.
