Introduction
I am a seasoned generalist, systems thinker, and service designer by training, with extensive experience as a digital product designer, UX lead, and design systems expert. My career spans diverse projects across various industries, where I've honed my ability to bridge the gap between design and development. Recently, I have been immersed in design systems and their establishment in organisations such as BPost, Fluxys, and Eurocontrol, I led multi-disciplinary teams and tackled the complexities of B2B applications. These experiences have strengthened my skills in designing cohesive, scalable solutions that meet both user needs and business goals. My expertise lies at the intersection of design and development, strategy and execution, and system-level thinking with detailed unit focus. I thrive in environments where I can integrate these elements to drive innovation and deliver impactful results.
