En tant que CTO, ma mission est de diriger l'innovation technologique, améliorer l'efficacité des équipes et préparer l'entreprise aux défis technologiques futurs. Mes principales responsabilités et réalisations incluent : Amélioration de la productivité des équipes internationales : J'ai dirigé une équipe de 8 personnes au Vietnam, optimisant la productivité grâce à des processus agiles et une gestion de projet efficace. J'ai aussi créé une équipe de 4 personnes dédiée à l'implémentation de la solution de commerce électronique Intershop. Renforcement des équipes techniques : En collaboration avec le département IT Foundation, j'ai recruté 3 DevOps, dont un expert en observabilité, afin d'assurer la performance et la résilience de l'infrastructure. Soutien aux Product Owners (PO) : J'ai assisté dans la mise en œuvre d'un Meta Portal qui regroupe une quinzaine d'applications partagées entre la France et le Royaume-Uni. Restructuration du système de gestion des utilisateurs : J'ai supervisé la restructuration du système de gestion des utilisateurs (plateforme, CRM, ERP, etc.) pour renforcer la cohérence des processus. Amélioration de la DevX : J'ai optimisé les Git flow, mis en place des tests automatisés et des points de synchronisation pour accélérer et améliorer les déploiements. Exploration de l'IA : J'ai dirigé l'exploration de l'IA dans trois domaines clés : 1. Outils pour accompagner les clients. 2. Augmenter les employés via des assistants. 3. Recherche de modèles et frameworks agentiques pour intégrer l'IA dans les processus internes. Mon objectif est de transformer les défis technologiques en solutions efficaces tout en accompagnant les équipes dans l'adoption des technologies de demain.

Mission: Creation of a web performance culture within the organization. Design and analysis of tools and KPIs to monitor web improvement and positioning. Leading and supporting all development teams in analyzing and implementing web performance improvements in each area, creating a culture and autonomy for its management.
