An integration contract with Accenture on the basis of the billing software package Enabler of the publisher Amdocs. Tasks carried out within the Project Management, as part of the detailed design of the billing system and the connection with desktop publishing: - Coordination of Cegetel tasks: involvement of counterparts, consolidation of reading cards, actions follow-up, etc. - Management of the functional coherence with the general design and the inter-domain subjects and inter NSI. - Quality check of the deliverables provided. - Integration of the cost/schedule constraints, methodological rules, usability.

In-house mission. Context: the CLE2003 redesign project of the Billing Information System. 4 projects over 4 years. Budget > 100 Million of euros and 100 people. An integration contract with CapGemini on the basis of the billing software package CorDaptix of the American company SPL. Tasks carried out within the Works Management and Project Management: - Quality process, planning. Management of the relationship with CapGemini.
