Deltyo is a startup developing a mobile app that lets users monetize their personal data. Responsible for the development and overhaul of the Rubi mobile app, working with a high degree of autonomy and reporting directly to the co-founder. Led a full redesign of the sign-up funnel, doubling the conversion rate and improving the user experience. Set up and operated application monitoring (Sentry, Google Analytics) to analyze the user lifecycle, identify critical bugs, and prioritize fixes. Redesigned and unified the design system, improving UI consistency and speeding up the development of new features. Owned the Node.js backend, designing and implementing new API features. Built a React.js back-office for user tracking, payment management, and business operations.
