– Managed the program for the implementation of the contract management system within the Amsterdam UMC. – Responsible for selecting and implementing a SaaS solution for centralizing contract management for the department’s Finance, Procurement, IT, and the hospital board. – Tasks included: Tendering, Selecting a SaaS solution, Proof-of-concept SaaS solution, Implementing a SaaS solution, Setting up SaaS solution sessions, Process design sessions between the two hospitals, Process optimization using RPA, Collaboration workshops, Workshops, Access management sessions, Stakeholder management. – Software: EPIC, Ultimo, SAP. – Environments: MS Azure, SAP Hana, UIPath. – Implemented contract management system. – Set up the department.

– Responsible for setting up the operational Resilience team. – Senior management consultant to implement the ABN AMRO Hybrid Cloud strategy (MS Azure/AWS and On-Prem). – Operational Resilience Program Manager responsible for establishing operational resilience practices within the bank and establishing an operational resilience team. – Conducted impact assessment/gap analysis to identify what is needed to accelerate the adaptation of the overall cloud strategy. – Ensured this strategy is supported by the ABN AMRO organization and created management buy-in at the senior management level. – Initiative takes immediate action against threats that could significantly impact the bank's disruptions, prevents incidents, changes, and malicious attacks to make ABN AMRO’s IT environment more resilient and compliant with DNB and ECB Standards & Guidelines. – Achieved by performing data analyses on data from various systems and data lakes (using ETL/ELT) to identify patterns and stop incidents before they become major problems. – Actions included: Strategic analysis regarding the deployment and use of cloud technologies within ABN AMRO, Vision on product development from idea to implementation, Management of vendors and SaaS teams, Coaching and mentoring teams, Creating and managing backlogs, quarterly and sprint planning, Advising senior IT management (C-Level), Conducting workshops. – Result: Senior management opted for a multi-cloud strategy and embedded it in their way of working. Higher adoption rate among users of cloud environments compared to on-prem. Fully adopted resilience approach introduced, resilience team fully operational. – Managed the implementation of the GDPR within the hospital, together with Deloitte, DXC, and Meander. – Responsible for the implementation of a new electronic patient record (EPR) system. – Responsible for escalation management, mapping the hospital's requirements for the EHR system, and establishing a consistent change process. – Actions included: Advising the program management board and senior management, Setting up projects, Streamlining the escalation process, Reviewing existing action plans, Analyzing the agreed-upon requirements, Analyzing implementation progress, Managing teams. – Result: Escalation process fully optimized. GDPR implemented.

– AxxHealth is the healthcare division of Axxius. The strategy chosen is to enter the healthcare market under its own branding.

– As statutory (operational) director, ultimately responsible for the entire Axxius organization.

– Responsible for implementing a new cash register system for post offices. – This system was rolled out to 800 locations.
