• Set up a test environment for observability solutions on AWS to compare the features of the solutions proposed by some providers (AWS EC2, AWS Lambda, AWS EKS, AWS S3, AWS CloudFront, AWS Aurora, AWS DynamoDB, AWS CloudWatch, AWS X-Ray, AWS CloudTrail, AWS OpenSearch, OpenTelemetry, AWS Secrets Manager, AWS SSM, Terraform, GitLab, Ansible) • Maintain the ADAJE project tools in operational condition (legacy Jenkins, legacy GitLab, Mattermost, SonarQube Cloud) • Support projects in migrating from Jenkins to Placide (Enedis’ new GitLab) • Generate reports on the actual usage of legacy Jenkins and GitLab (ADAJE) to accelerate their permanent decommissioning • Audit projects to assess their level of adoption of DevSecOps best practices (code architecture, Gitflow, test coverage, code quality scans, SAST, DAST, artifact security scans, deployment architecture, production deployment strategy, observability, incident mitigation, application of security fixes and patches, technical debt management) • Establish a roadmap for both collective and individual evolution • Support projects in implementing recommendations • Regularly train developers on best practices and the tools that help implement them • Explore new shared topics to accelerate adoption across projects • Develop a strategy for migrating the relevant projects to the cloud and provide support throughout the process • Set up a test environment on AWS that demonstrates state-of-the-art observability solutions (X-Ray, CloudWatch, OpenTelemetry) to evaluate vendors and determine Enedis’s observability solution • Develop a Kubernetes operator to manage Artifactory repositories using the PyKube framework • Assist with the deployment and adoption of generative AI solutions for developers (Continue, GitHub Copilot, MCP servers for GitLab, Confluence, JIRA) to the cloud

– Play a front-line role in resolving production problems – Take part in the customer escalation process – Work with customers to understand their requirements for both standard products and customised solutions – Provide solutions to customers within deadlines – Manage the piloting of field tests and the resolution of bugs remotely – Work with R&D to provide fixes to bugs in newer releases – Assist customers on Products operation – Assist customers on operations for LoRaWAN Gateways, Devices and IoT data streaming – Provide temporary fixes to bugs to ensure service continuity – Maintain documentation on issues and their resolution – Periodically review tickets to ensure requests are processed

– Design, build, deploy and monitor highly available systems – Design, build and deploy DevOps environments (Dev, UAT, Staging, Prod) – Track application code storage and versions – Deploy applications in appropriate DevOps environments through pipelines – Automate installations and configurations – Orchestrate VMs and their provisioning – Install monitoring and backup solutions – Install API and business process management solutions – Train client personnel on deployed technologies – Resolve incidents on customer platforms (Level 1, 2 and 3 technical support) – Maintain documentation on deployed technologies – Maintain documentation on problems encountered during the supervision of platforms and their resolution
