Introduction
𝐈 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩 𝐩𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐚 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧 𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐚 & 𝐀𝐈 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞. As an AI & Digital Transformation Consultant for Life Sciences, I work with site heads and senior leaders who are facing a growing list of digital and AI initiatives – but limited visibility on what truly drives operational impact. Over my career, I’ve led engineering, digital and transformation projects across pharma manufacturing and highly regulated environments: • At UCB (Bulle), I supported the site as Engineering Lead, structuring operational KPIs for Engineering and consolidating roadmaps so that investments, workloads and priorities became visible and manageable. • At Merck, I helped drive the digitalisation of production lines and the migration of process applications, and contributed to the development and launch of a software medical device, balancing regulatory constraints with product and operational needs. • At Philip Morris International (PMI), I accelerated operational transformation by leading the PBO transformation program and helping set up a PMO structure with digital tools, governance, application processes and training plans to make change sustainable. Through Empathy Leads, my independent consulting practice, and as VP International AI Business Development at Lozard Group (AI R&D for life sciences), I now focus on helping pharma & biotech leaders to: • map and prioritise their digital & AI initiatives at plant level, • design clear KPIs and governance to track value (cost, quality, OEE, lead time), • act as a fractional AI / Digital Transformation leader to keep projects aligned with business goals. I bring an Executive MBA from HEC Paris, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and PRINCE2 certification, combined with hands-on experience in operations, engineering, project portfolios and continuous improvement. If you’re leading a pharma or biotech site and want to turn scattered digital & AI projects into a focused, measurable portfolio, feel free to reach out — I’m always open to a 20-minute conversation.
