HR Services & Payroll Management : - Served as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for HR services at Lloyd’s Brussels, managing payroll and employee administration across Belgium with SDWorx and the Netherlands with Deloitte. - Participated to Workday implementation regarding leaves management. - Provided HR advisory services to the leadership team on local legislations. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition : - Led the internal recruitment efforts for the new European headquarters, successfully filling over 25 roles across 15 essential functions. Salary negotiations and headhunters management. - Collaborated with the London HQ on role grading and benchmarking.

• Delivered short term HR management services in multiple companies, including payroll and employee administration, for organizations in BE and LUX. • Review and enhance onboarding processes, work rules, contract management. • Advised leadership on legal compliance, employee relations, end of contracts, and policy development.

I managed HR operations for two franchised stores, overseeing scheduling, contracts, and disciplinary actions. I successfully recruited 50 staff, including cashiers, stockers, butchers, and an accountant. I also transitioned the time management system to an Excel-based solution, highly reducing administrative workload.

In this multifaceted role, I assisted the CEO in navigating Belgian social legislation and managing HR tasks, including recruitment and contract compliance. I facilitated communications by translating meetings in Mandarin, English, French, and Dutch. I also conducted business development activities, identified prospects, executing sales visits in all Belgium and represented the company at the EuroBike trade show in Germany.

In this multifaceted role, I managed front-office operations, including visitor reception, mail distribution, and appointment scheduling. I attended events in UCLouvain and Brussels Chinese Embassy.
