Selected impact • Implemented Atlassian for portfolio control and a KPI tree, cutting cycle time and rework while improving executive visibility. • Ran a P3M3 and CMMI PMO assessment for a 100,000 plus employee group. Delivered a future state blueprint and a portfolio of 10 plus initiatives. • Enterprise reporting. Built a single SQL layer feeding Power BI and Atlassian Analytics. Throughout my tenure at Daphne Technology, I had the opportunity to lead and contribute to cutting-edge projects in the environmental engineering sector, focusing on sustainability and process engineering. Starting as an intern and progressing to the role of Senior Development & Sustainability Engineer, I managed several technical and sustainability-driven initiatives. Process Engineering Leadership Led various R&D projects with expertise in process engineering, covering validation and qualification. Managed utilities, Heat and Mass Balances (HMB), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Process Data Sheets (PDS), and HYSIS models. My work also involved after-treatment systems for exhaust gases, Waste Heat Recovery Systems (WHRS), and fertilizer production processes. Financial Modeling & Sustainability Developed and maintained detailed financial models, including Discounted Cash Flows and forecasts, to support decision-making processes. Additionally, I spearheaded sustainability initiatives, including Carbon Credits modeling and comprehensive Life Cycle Analyses (LCA) to assess and mitigate environmental impacts. New Product Introduction (NPI) Played a pivotal role in driving New Product Introduction (NPI) strategies, ensuring the smooth integration of innovative technologies into our product offerings. This involved coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable and effective engineering solutions. Achievements & Innovations I contributed to the development of two patented desulfurization processes and their associated apparatus (GB2612035A, AU2022369319A1) and authored a white paper that contributed to the company's thought leadership in environmental technology. My experience at Daphne Technology honed my ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage technical projects from concept to execution, and drive sustainability efforts in a fast-evolving industry.

I gained valuable hands-on experience in a production environment, working on the floor and contributing to the development and implementation of projects related to the production process. Project Development Led and supported several production projects, focusing on improving production workflows and enhancing operational efficiency. Stakeholder Engagement Worked closely with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless communication and project alignment. Process Improvement Implemented improvements in production methods, optimizing processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

During my internship at JTI in Lucerne, Switzerland, I conducted an in-depth energy audit of their Swiss factory, gaining first-hand experience in energy management within a large-scale international corporation. Energy Audit Executed an extensive energy audit at the JTI Swiss factory, identifying areas for energy efficiency improvements and optimization. Sustainability Initiatives Proposed actionable recommendations to reduce energy consumption and improve the factory’s environmental impact. Collaboration with Senior Management Worked closely with JTI’s engineering management team, presenting findings and contributing to the company’s sustainability goals.

At Astander Shipyard in Spain, I managed two large-scale engine retrofitting projects, working with multidisciplinary teams and overseeing complex project milestones. Project Management Led two major retrofitting projects, ensuring they were delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Multilingual Communication Utilized my proficiency in Spanish, French, and English to coordinate effectively with international teams, clients, and stakeholders. Technical Coordination Oversaw technical aspects of the projects, working closely with engineers and contractors to ensure compliance with technical specifications and industry standards.
