As Group IT Director, I was responsible for creating the IT department from the ground up and driving the company’s digital and regulatory transformation in a highly constrained environment. Key contributions: - IT Governance & Strategy: Defined and implemented the first Group IT strategy, aligned with executive management and regulatory requirements (EASA Part IS). Established governance processes and reporting. - Digital Transformation: Modernized ERP and digital tools (Dynamics, SIMORG, M365, e-signature) to support pilot training (ATO), technical operations, and commercial teams - Cybersecurity: Designed and executed a global security plan with MFA, external audits, user awareness campaigns, and infrastructure hardening. - Regulatory Compliance: Ensured IT compliance with GDPR (EU), POPA (South Africa), PIPL (China), PDPDA (India), and EASA aviation regulations. - Delivering with limited resources: Achieved results without a dedicated IT budget by optimizing existing licenses, renegotiating vendor contracts, and maximizing available tools. - AI & Innovation: Conducted business needs assessments, benchmarked AI solutions, and supported exploration of use cases for operational and business teams. - Training & Change Management: Designed and delivered user training programs to foster adoption of new digital tools and practices. - International Collaboration: Provided technical and regulatory support to strategic projects (China website launch, digital communication, ATO partnership with Hinfact). In charge of the Data Integration and run in the context of the creation of a unique CRM (Salesforce Sales + Service cloud) for the union of the 3 brands -MMA, MAAF, GMF- inside the COVEA group. Part of the largest Salesforce project in Europe at that time (>600 people, 150€MM/year) - Assisting the director regarding the implementation of the Agile SAFE methodology - Leading the politics with various actors while defending GMF’s interests within the 3 brands framework - Ensuring a flawless integration with the GMF IT system and maximising the user value - Managing the teams, schedule, budget and the communication with the various stakeholders - Handling the coordination with legacy and GMF teams and in order to insure they reach the milestones within the set indicators

Creation of an IoT platform from scratch together with two complementary products. As the first towards a new Business Model for a whole Business Line of the Air Liquide group this project was closely followed by the Branch’s CEO and the group’s executive committee. - Changing paradigm, Initiating and implementing a change to Agile SCRUM methodology - Defending of the new strategy in front of the stakeholder and during an internal audit - Creating and leading workshops with the business on an intensive schedule - Managing and following the project and various teams in France - Managed to put this 9 months out of schedule project back on tracks and delivered it in time for the initial release

In charge of all the architecture & integration projects for internal business users and of the data migration from Siebel to Salesforce (>2000 man/day) in order to move towards a single CRM model (Salesforce, Sales & Service clouds) for all businesses. - Leading >30 projects, involving >60 people; 100% within time quality cost objectives, including major projects such as Paper-mail digital transformation and customer self-care - Creating communication channels with >10 entities, allowing for reliable and timely deliveries - Managing one of the largest CRM migration in Europe at that time (migration of >8000 users) - Implementing a rolling strategy enabling the team to complete the migration 6 months ahead of schedule - Strengthening relation with business, ensuring smoother change management - Self-learning of key Salesforce Administration and development skills (Waves Analytics, Apex, SOQL, Web services, integration with the middle-ware WebMethods through SOAP/REST and Partner API)
