I was responsible for defining and implementing the comprehensive Test Strategy and Defect Management Process across all testing phases, including Regression, Automation, End-to-End, Performance, and UAT. I also spearheaded the resolution of complex performance issues by collaborating closely with Infrastructure and Dev teams to achieve desired targets. Unity Media and Liberty Global OSS Consolidation User Acceptance Testing Driving Large-Scale Integration & Quality as a Test Lead at UPC & Unitymedia As a Test Lead in a client-facing role, I played a pivotal part in the large-scale integration of the UPC Derby platform into the Unitymedia IT landscape. This strategic initiative was crucial for ensuring business continuity and adapting to new market and technology demands across the Netherlands and Germany.
