As Adventurous and Environmental Project Manager I managed a group of 12 international young people in a cross-cultural environment. I was based in 3 remote National Parks in Chile, with a translator and medic to help deliver a safe and adventurous experience. Successfully completed a pioneering environmental project as measured by the construction of a new hiking trail and dangerous river crossing in Laguna San Raphael National Park, by leading a diverse team in extreme conditions and collaborating with local Park Rangers.
