Introduction
I help leaders and teams strengthen the emotional intelligence, clarity, and decision-making needed to navigate complexity and perform sustainably. Drawing on 14 years supporting leaders across Europe and the Middle East, my work blends behavioural psychology, emotional intelligence, and practical leadership strategy. I specialise in helping people understand the patterns driving their behaviour, communication, and results, so they can lead themselves and others with confidence, stability, and purpose. I developed Lead From Within™, a human-centred leadership model that connects inner clarity to outer performance. It equips leaders with the self-awareness and emotional intelligence required to communicate effectively, make grounded decisions, and create cultures where clarity, trust, and accountability can thrive. Specialisms: • Emotional Intelligence & Adaptive Leadership • Decision Intelligence & Behavioural Patterns • Communication & Self-Leadership • Identity Evolution & Leadership Transitions • Team Alignment & Culture Transformation • Coaching for Executives I believe the next era of leadership won’t be defined by strategy alone, but by leaders who understand themselves deeply and lead with emotional and cognitive intelligence in a rapidly changing world.

The Great Work Reset was founded to help organizations and leaders balance performance and purpose by guiding them to lead from within. In an era defined by complexity, speed, and constant change, leadership itself is being redefined. Technology has advanced faster than our emotional capacity to adapt, leaving many leaders overextended, under-inspired, and questioning how to sustain success without burnout. I founded The Great Work Reset to address this shift, to create a space where leadership could evolve beyond control, competition, and conformity into something more conscious, courageous, and human. Rooted in the work of Carl Jung, our philosophy begins with a single premise: true leadership starts with self-awareness. When leaders understand their inner architecture, their values, triggers, and vision, they create cultures of trust, alignment, and innovation. We bridge self-awareness with organizational performance to help leaders, teams, and systems thrive. Our Work: Lead from Within: An Essential Self Leadership Model for Next Gen Leaders. Our signature leadership coaching and development programme for organizations. It equips leaders with the self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and relational intelligence to build trust, drive engagement, and align performance with purpose. Linea- The Legacy Track. A private, 3-month one-to-one coaching partnership for senior and legacy leaders navigating complexity, transition, or renewal. Linea focuses on recalibration by deepening emotional intelligence, redefining success, and shaping leadership legacies built on clarity, composure, and impact.
