Originally from Costa Rica, she has been painting with coffee since childhood. Through the years she’s developed and perfected her technique, yet her style is always evolving. Uniquely, she doesn’t use many traditional paints unless she is looking to emphasis a portion of a piece. Instead, her medium of choice is coffee. By trial and error and many years of dedication she has discovered ways to manipulate the simple coffee bean into a variety of hues. With a combination of aging the coffee, the strength or variety of the bean, and continuous layering and patience she has been able to use this naturally occurring seed to paint a variety of pieces.

The project covered the complete process going from the dematerialization phase to the electronic management of electronic versions of the documents complemented with metadata • For an international waste management company : in charge for the functional analysis of a dematerialization project for all corporate HR documents • In charge for the functional analysis & deployment of a Corporate SharePoint solution for a large security company in the Netherlands (6000 users). The project aimed at defining requirements and performing a large scale gap analysis between the existing tool and the to be tool • For a large Swiss bank : in charge for the functional analysis & deployment of IBM Case Manager for the management of customer claims as well as for the Project Management • Selection & deployment of a corporate Time Management tool enabling the on-line capture of timesheets and seamless consolidation of data & reporting. One of the main benefits was the reduction of the Service Invoicing cycle as well as data integrity

* Part of the Business Consulting practice and the Supply Chain & Digital Markets solution. * Major engagements : - For a large international bank located in Luxembourg : in charge for the elaboration of an adjudication model for the construction project of the new corporate headquarters (€250 Mio.) as well as the conduct of a complete purchasing diagnostic covering general expenditures and investment projects. The results of the diagnostic served as a base for the re-engineering of the purchasing and procurement processes. - For a multinational petrochemical group : performed a European multi-site procurement diagnostic in line with a SAP MM/WM review. Set up the basis for the deployment of a corporate function, lead buyers and project buyers, re-engineering of purchasing processes and methods, business reporting. The objective was to harmonize the procurement practices, leverage process efficiency across the organization and finally provide the framework enabling cost savings.

* Part of the Business Consulting practice and the Supply Chain & Digital Markets solution. * Major engagements : - For a multination waste management group : in charge for the quantitative and qualitative assessment of the purchasing activities following the integration of 2 multinational organizations (>1000 sites in 7 countries). Definition of the purchasing strategy, optimization of structures and processes. Feasibility study for the implementation of an eProcurement solution and a Procurement portal. - For a copper foil manufacturer : in charge for the program management of the construction and set-up of new facilities in Canada and the launch of production. - For a copper foil manufacturer : in charge organizing the multi-site replenishment and logistics processes, purchasing, sourcing and procurement functions, setting up the warehouse facilities and defining a detailed action plan for item purchases, supplier selection and e-procurement strategy.

Direction and coordination of the Purchasing, Logistics and Inventory Management for Europe, the Middle and Far East (10 sites). Main accomplishments: * Creation of a corporate Purchasing function. * Roll out of an Inventory Management policy. * Support in the implementation of an ERP (J.D.Edwards). * Roll out of a DRP Inventory Management system. * ISO 9002 certification of the Purchasing department.
