Blazeo (Formerly ApexChat) is Human + AI Powered services company providing products and services for customer engagement. We offer a Chat platform that enables 20,000+ businesses across North America to engage visitors that land on their websites through our Chat widgets. We also have a team of over 200 live chat agents where personalized & tailored answering is required. I worked as an Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master leading projects related to: 1. Live Chat Application -- Primarily used by our in-house team of 200+ Chat Representatives. Features include: chat routing, canned responses, AI-enabled quick responses, appointment scheduling, document signing. 2. Chat Widgets -- Widgets and Landing pages on our client's websites, through which a user typically initiates a chat, which routes to our agents (or AI) through algorithms, based on experience, language (EN/ES/FR), or specialized niche (such as law firms). 3. CRM / Portal -- A portal to visualize leads (contact information and other notes), customer preferences, settings and billing details. 4. Mobile Applications -- Android and iOS companion apps. 5. Skunkworks -- Migrating monolithic architecture to Azure-based microservices. My day-to-day duties included: • Managing three agile teams with upto 9 members each for timely shipment of deliverables • Planning releases & sprints • Working with Product Owners for refined requirements, giving a Business Analyst perspective to Epics and Stories • Leading daily scrums, weekly reviews and release-based retrospectives • Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels • Working with external team members, partners and vendors
