– Held multiple engineering leadership roles at Microsoft, managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering large-scale consumer platforms across the Xbox and Windows ecosystems. Led the development and operations of media processing, social and community services supporting millions of users worldwide. – Responsible for technical strategy, cross-team coordination and delivery of complex distributed systems, while driving the transition toward integrated development and operations practices (DevOps). – Worked with globally distributed teams across Europe, the US and Asia to design scalable services, improve engineering processes and accelerate product delivery.
