In charge of group IT. 240 engineers in 17 countries around Europe. New infrastructure (after a cyber attack) New information system design : APisation, digital and data factory setup Agility at scale. Cyber threat mitigation and response. Experience of large cyber attack response. Member of board of circular economy Group DPO (Data Privacy Officer).

In charge of Enterprise Applications teams (>100 engineers) on large SAP projects, CRM, mobility, EPM, digital etc. Large and deep IT reorganization inside McKesson group. Agile methodology based on SAFe.

Deputy CIO at Louvre Hôtels Group (Campanile, Kyriad, Premiere Classe, Golden Tulip) in order to prepare the strong growth and support the digital transformation of the company (2500 hotels in 52 countries and plan to reach 3900 hôtels in 2020) : new IT bi-modal organization (IT & digital), agile methodologies, new IT urbanization, API transformation, new Ecommerce solutions and web sites, MDM, new CRM, cloud transformation.

CIO at Tally Weijl. Member of the steering comitee. Team of 60+ persons in 4 countries with 17 nationalities. In charge of the global IT and Digital transformation. New leadership organization and people management. Strategy plan and budget definition according to company priorities. Introduced new job définitions, new processes and project management méthodologies. In charge of Cloud Computing for Axway Software : responsible for the delivery of the cloud services for the customers, partnerships with hosters, IaaS and Service Providers, organization and process alignement of ww teams, pricing and business modelisation, sales and distribution of cloud offers. Pre-sales coordination. Interface with R&D for cloud readiness of solutions. Budget and P&L worlwide responsibility. Organization of the team. Recruitments and HR responsibilities (50 persons).

In charge of alliances and business development with partnerships for EMEA at Axway Software (worldwide leader and 2nd french editor specialized in Flows, B2B and Security solutions, subsidiary of Sopra Group).
