Drove significant cost savings, achieving a five-figure monthly reduction in offline transcoding expenses by recommending a new provider in line with broader cost-efficiency strategies. Improved the company’s HTTP Streaming Score from 1/20 to 6/20 by aligning more closely with Apple HLS standards, significantly enhancing interoperability (achieving 20/20 compliance with iReplay.tv standards). Provided development support as needed in Golang (backend) and frontend, focusing on optimizing AWS performance for the back office.
