Since 2023, I have been coaching managers and leaders to strengthen their leadership and achieve sustainable balance. 30+ clients coached: managers, executives, and teams in France and internationally. Special focus: new managers, often promoted without training, whom I help gain confidence and develop their authentic leadership style. 2025: launch of the Manager Starter program, a 12-week structured journey designed to turn early management challenges into real opportunities for growth and lasting performance. 👉 My approach combines 12 years of international management experience in tech with my certification as a Co-Active Coach (CPCC, ACC ICF).
