As a models specialist, I am responsible for creating, maintaining and optimizing risk models for bnp leasing solutions entities (Spain, Italy, Poland, Romania, Germany, Belgium, France). My tasks are : - Models development : Create mathematical, statistical, and machine learning models for tasks like risk management, forecasting, and classification. - Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze data to ensure high-quality inputs for models. - Model Validation & Testing: Ensure models meet performance standards through testing, scenario analysis, and validation. - Model Optimization: Continuously fine-tune models to improve accuracy, performance, and efficiency. - Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, departments, clients, and external partners to integrate and align models with business goals. - Documentation & Reporting: Document model assumptions and methodologies and present results to stakeholders. - Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with models. - Model Maintenance: Regularly update and recalibrate models as business needs evolve. - Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and participate in audits. - Research & Development: Stay updated on the latest techniques and implement improvements to existing models.
