Conception UX d'un outil CRM/ERP sur mesure Gestion d’interventions d'une entreprise spécialisée dans l'installation et la maintenance de systèmes de chauffage et de climatisation. Tâches : Collaboration avec les partis prenants pour formaliser les exigences opérationnelles et identifier les priorités du projet. Élaboration d’un plan de gestion de projet type Project Management Plan pour valider les attentes opérationnelles des dirigeants. Analyse des besoins à travers des interviews utilisateur et d’études ethnographiques. Formalisation des besoins utilisateurs dans plusieurs user personas. Définition d’architecture d’information en utilisant la matrice opérationnelle. Conceptualisation des maquettes à la base des user personas et user stories proposés pour valider la structure d’usage. Objectif : Optimiser la coordination et simplifier la planification des interventions techniques. Résultat : Une interface intuitive, répondant aux exigences de l'entreprise aux besoins et contraintes techniques. Collaboration optimisée grâce à une documentation précise. Le prototype constitue désormais la fondation du développement et de l'intégration dans le flux de travail du client.

• Conception de modules pédagogiques en Design Thinking • Animation d’ateliers pratiques : Encadrement des étudiants dans la mise en œuvre de chaque phase du Design Thinking (empathie, définition, idéation, prototypage et test) à travers des ateliers interactifs et collaboratifs. • Accompagnement et suivi personnalisé des étudiants dans le développement de leurs projets (application mobile) • Évaluation et retour sur expérience • Encouragement de la créativité et de la pensée critique : mise en place de méthodes de peer-learning et d'outils de collaboration pour stimuler la créativité des étudiants et les amener à adopter une approche centrée utilisateur.
